Funding Your Dreams: How Jamaicans Can Receive Up to $400,000 in Support from the Inter-American Foundation @IAFgrassroots

The Inter-American Foundation (IAF) is an independent U.S. foreign assistance agency created by Congress in 1969 that directly invests in community-led grassroots development across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The IAF awards small grants to civil society organizations that promote inclusive economic prosperity, reduce food insecurity, combat corruption, prevent violence and crime, protect the environment and build resilience to natural disasters, and sustainably manage natural resources.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

The IAF accepts grant proposals 365 days a year.  It invests in community-led development projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. To support project requirements the IAF partners with local organizations that identify innovative, yet viable solutions to local development challenges—particularly in disadvantaged or excluded communities.

Successful funding projects are selected based on merit, not sector that promote more prosperous, peaceful, and democratic communities across a wide range of sectors.

Currently, we fund requests for amounts between US $25,000 and $400,000.
