Their primary social issue is the exclusion and barriers to employment experienced by the Deaf community. Society defines a Deaf person as someone who can't hear, they exist to change that definition and prove that Deaf people can do anything, which is why they trained Deaf Youth to be expert baristas, passionate about coffee & eager to use their heightened senses of taste, smell, sight and touch to deliver the best coffee experience & service.
